Politecnico di Milano and Fondazione Alessandro Volta invite students to the 1st European Mobile Systems Winter School: “Hands-on AI and Mobile Systems: Research and Practice”!
The school will take place in Como (Italy), February 5-7, 2025. It will cover the latest advances in mobile systems for AI and AI for mobile systems, with the majority of the time devoted to gaining hands-on experience in building concrete prototypes.
The school is addressed to early-stage researchers, including graduate (MSc and PhD) students, postdocs, early-career faculty, as well as other academic and industrial researchers of all nationalities and also based at non-European institutions. We may consider a small number of advanced undergraduate students with the appropriate background. Students will also have a chance to showcase their ongoing work to other students, speakers, and lecturers in a dedicated poster session.
The school will take place at Villa del Grumello in Como, Italy. The Villa dates back to the seventeenth century and overlooks Lake Como. It is located a few steps from the city center and is set in a 4-hectare park with great naturalistic value and a unique landscape.
